Piggyback Planes: The Story of Roy Little (WWII)

Students will hear about two bombers that became attached to each other in mid-air and about the Milwaukee airman who was on board one of the planes. Students will learn the story of Roy Little through primary sources including diary entries, photos, and newspaper articles. This synchronous lesson would follow an introductory lesson on World War II.
