Wolves at the WMC Program Set for Jan. 25, 2017

Wolf ScoutJoin us on Jan. 25, 2017 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. for “Wolves at the Memorial Center,” a program offered to local Cub Scouts to satisfy their two requirements for the Cub Scouts Duty to God Footsteps adventure loop.

Wold Scouts will learn about the War memorial center as a reverential historic site for Milwaukee Country’s war dead and the WMC’s mission to honor the dead by serving the living.

The program, which is free and open to individual Wolf Scouts or dens, includes an American Legion flag ceremony and a Civil War reenactor and talk about Taps, the bugle call played at dusk, flag ceremonies, and military funerals by the United States armed forces. Scots will also begin work on their visual display requirement.
