Robert Zigman Left WMC Priceless Legacy
We extend our sincerest, most heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Robert Zigman, who died last week at 98 years old. A long time supporter of the WMC, Bob was a WWII veteran, Bronze Star recipient and a true patron of the Milwaukee community.
Notably, Bob and his son made an incredible donation to the WMC in 2002 of one of the largest known collections of original World War I and World War II posters. The posters, which Bob collected over a period of 60 years, have enriched the experience of thousands of visitors to the War Memorial since their installation.
